Upload a receipt. We write the submission for you.

Drop in a photo of a receipt — or a PDF from Amazon, Target, or anywhere else. We check each item against your program's purchasing guide, assign the right EMA category, and write the educational benefit description you'd otherwise have to figure out on your own.

Then you copy and paste it into the form. That's it.

  • Eligibility check per item

Each line is rated high, medium, or low confidence — so you know what to expect before you submit.

  • Right category, already selected

No more guessing the EMA dropdown. We pick the correct category for each item.

  • Educational benefit text, written

The field everyone stares at. We write it specific to your child, grade, and program — ready to copy straight into the form.

About this site

What this is — and what it isn't.

Here's where we fit — and where we don't.

Built by a family, not a corporation.

We were never totally sure what was covered or how the programs worked day to day, and we didn't want to spend our nights digging through PDFs, official pages, and sketchy advice from random threads. We wanted one place to ask questions and get answers from an assistant trained on Step Up's scholarship materials— not generic web noise.

We built this for our own household first. Now we want every Florida family to have the same shortcut — no account needed to start asking.

What this is

  • A conversational guide to Florida education scholarships — PEP, FES-EO, FES-UA, FTC, Hope, and related programs.
  • Answers grounded in Step Up For Students' published materials (handbooks, FAQs, program pages) — not random forum guesses.
  • Plain-language help for busy parents: eligibility, what's covered, amounts, deadlines, and how things usually work.
  • No account needed to start. Optional account later so the chat can remember your family across visits.

What this isn't

  • Not Step Up For Students — not official, not affiliated, and not a substitute for their site or your Scholarship Funding Organization (SFO).
  • Not a guarantee of eligibility, funding, or approval — rules change, and your situation may need a human at Step Up or your school.
  • Not legal, tax, or medical advice — when those matter, talk to a qualified professional.
  • Not a replacement for verifying deadlines, amounts, and requirements on stepupforstudents.org before you act.

Short legal wording: independent & unaffiliated.
